**Q：如何成為會員？**

A：本服務以 LINE 為基礎，請先將 PARKING ONLINE 睿太數位 LINE 官方帳號 加入好友，ID：[@parking\_online](https://page.line.me/940limgf?openQrModal=true) ，接著請完成手機驗證即註冊會員成功 !

**Q：如何付臨停費 ?**
\
A：車牌進入合作之停車場時，車牌辨識系統將自動紀錄車牌號碼、入場時間與離場時間，並透過 LINE OA 發送入、離場通知予您。
\
目前提供以下三種付款方式：
\
**① 自動付款(限汽車)**：請先綁定車牌以及支付方式並針對車牌開啟自動付款功能，請直接入/離場即可，臨停費會從綁定中的支付方式自動付款，不需再操作繳費機或線上付款。
\
**② 手動線上付款**：請先綁定車牌以及支付方式，離場時請點選 LINE OA 入場通知的「付款與消費折抵」進行付款。
\
**③ 掃描 QR-Code 線上付款**：請掃瞄停車場現場放置的 QR-Code，可選擇登入或不登入會員進行付款。

**Q：優惠券怎麼用 ?**
\
A：請您持續關注睿太數位 LINE 官方帳號，優惠不定期發放 !
\
① 每張訂單可使用一張優惠券、每張優惠券可使用一次，一經使用無法取消為不使用。您可自行選擇結帳時於優惠券列表中選取當筆訂單要使用的優惠券 或 設定為自動使用，後續結帳將自動為您套用喔 !
\
② 操作位置：手機 LINE App 點選＞「我的訂單」 > 「設定」 > 「會員中心」 > 「優惠券」 > 「自動使用期限最近的優惠券」。
